What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a built-in, digital SIM card. Instead of putting in a plastic card, you load a data plan from a QR code. Nothing arrives by post and you swap nothing - your normal SIM stays in the phone for calls and texts.

Does your phone support eSIM?
eSIM works on most phones from the last few years, but not on all of them. Check your model before you buy - it takes 10 seconds.

How to check in 10 seconds
- iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM.
- Android: Settings → Network / Connections → SIM cards → Add eSIM.
- Or dial *#06# - if you see an EID number, your phone has eSIM.
Some older models and certain dual-SIM versions sold in a few markets (e.g. some China-market phones) have no eSIM. If you don't see 'Add eSIM', your phone doesn't support it - message us and we'll help.
