Cookie Policy
Information about cookies and similar technologies used in the Roadence service (controller: PXL MEDIA Gracjan Szymczak, VAT ID 9472018058).
Effective from: 12 lipca 2026 r.
§ 1. What cookies are
- Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device that enable the operation of the service and - with consent - analytics and marketing. We also use similar technologies (e.g. localStorage).
§ 2. Types of files used
- Necessary - required for the service to work; do not require consent.
- Analytics - measurement and improvement of the service; set only with consent.
- Marketing - tailored content and campaign measurement; set only with consent.

§ 4. Managing consents
- You give and withdraw consents in the cookie banner (first visit) and in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
- Restricting necessary files may disrupt the operation of the service.
§ 5. Legal basis
- Cookies other than necessary ones are used on the basis of consent (Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The details of data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
