Road charges: Belgium
In Belgium motorways are free for passenger cars - no vignette and no per-section toll. Watch out for low-emission zones in cities, which require registering your vehicle in advance.

Passenger cars use motorways for free. Tolls apply only to trucks (Viapass).
LEZ registration
Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent have low-emission zones - a foreign car must be registered online before entering.
