In Sweden motorways are free, but Stockholm and Gothenburg charge a congestion tax billed automatically by registration number, and a few bridges carry a separate toll.

What you need
Congestion tax (trängselskatt)
Stockholm and Gothenburg - charged by cameras on entry, a fee per passage. The bill goes to the vehicle owner.
Bridge tolls
The Öresund (from Denmark), Sundsvall and Motala bridges - charged separately.
