Official charges (vignettes, tolls) go in full to operators and national systems, none of it stays with us.
Roadence service fee is our fee for handling everything: a flat amount per booked item plus a percentage of what we buy for you (vignettes, tolls, ferry, accommodation). Insurance, eSIM and stickers have the margin built into the price, so we do not add anything on top of them.
Add-ons (insurance, eSIM, accommodation) are settled by partners; you see the price before buying. No hidden fees.
